THE FOUNDER

Helen Beyioku Imuaphe is an internationally renowned entrepreneur, humanitarian, innovator, motivational speaker, and visionary founder and CEO of the *International Achievement Recognition Awards (IARA). She also serves as **Honorary Global Patron for Ispy2inspire” and is the dynamic Director & CEO of JoeBol Exquisite Empire—a multi-faceted brand with a footprint in healthcare, fashion, and beauty.
Currently undertaking a Doctorate in Strategic Management and Leadership in Healthcare in London, Helen is a force in both academia and industry. She is also a CQC and Ofsted-registered manager, bringing ethical leadership and operational excellence to the healthcare sector.
Helen is the founder of *HB Zenith of Success, a motivational platform designed to awaken purpose, ignite ambition, empower, and equip individuals with the tools to live intentionally. Her favorite word, *“Unstoppable,”** captures her mindset and mission: to rise, to impact, and to lead without limits.
A passionate believer in *empathy, love, and kindness, Helen’s humanitarian efforts speak volumes. Through the **Helen Beayioku Foundation*, she supports underprivileged children across Africa—distributing food, notebooks, school bags, shoes, and healthcare supplies. With a long-term vision of building an orphanage, her commitment to community and compassion is unwavering.
Through her leadership of *IARA*, Helen has amplified the voices of global talent in film, television, theatre, and fashion—honoring creatives like Thalapathy Vijay, Joshua Kane, Shaun Escoffery, Talia Storm, and many more. The IARA Awards, founded in 2014, are now a globally respected symbol of inclusive excellence.
Helen also cultivates the next generation of leaders through the *IARA Masterclass and Apprenticeship Program*, offering invaluable hands-on experience in stage and event management to aspiring creatives.

Adam Morley is an award winning Director & Producer. He is a prolific broadcast & stage director with over 100 professional credits across his career to date. He is the Artistic Director of Independent UK touring company Baroque Theatre. He is also an executive producer and company director of several community interest, family entertainment and corporate training companies.
He places equality and diversity in the centre of all his work. He is the Associate Director of the Canal Café Theatre in London, home of the Guinness Book of World Records holders longest running live comedy show ‘Newsrevue’ and a patron of Actors awareness, promoting gender equality and diversity in the arts.
His work in film and advertising has twice been nominated at Cannes Lions, winning in 2006, he was named as one for the creatives of the year in Creative Review Magazine. He won an Editor’s Choice Award, Artistic Director for best new venue, Edinburgh 2008. He was awarded “Best Director for Theatre & Film” at the Fringe Report Awards 2012. Adam directed an acclaimed UK tour of ‘Great Expectations’ for the bicentenary of Charles Dickens birth . He directed ‘Dracula’ in the West End in a limited sold out run.
Adam has directed new writing based on the life of Woody Allen at The Pleasance Theatre. Credits include ‘The Birds’ by Conor McPherson from the story by Daphne du Maurier. ‘Inspector Morse House of Ghosts’, ‘The Haunting of Hill House’, ‘Up Pompeii’, ‘Death and the Maiden’ The World Premiere of Billionaire Boy by David Walliams.

Franny Oprah in the media Industry is a television personality, Journalist, Brand Ambassador, Media Director at IARA Awards and Founder of Ispy2inspire initiative.
Franny began to appear on different television network including SKY TV and international TV Networks, as a Journalist for TV documentaries, Exclusive special interviews .
Her unique listening and interviewing skills has granted her interviews with Idris Elba, Ex President HE Olusegun Obasanjo, QC Cherie Blair, HRH Princess Katarina of Yugoslavia and Serbia, Martin Luther King Sister-in-law Naomi King, African American Georgia State Representative Dee Dawkins-Haigler, Olympic Gold Medalist Christine Ohurugo , international ambassadors and many more high profile celebrities.
