John Byrne is a writer, broadcaster, and personal advisor to a wide range of international artists in the fields of drama, comedy, opera and popular

music.  

 

John Byrne has been the career advisor to The Stage Newspaper since 2003, during which time he has interviewed well over 3000 theatre and screen industry professionals ranging from beginners to established actors, directors, producers and technical crew. 

 

He is a recipient of the IARA Awards for Diversity in 2016. John and his wife, New Wonder Management Agency Director Lola Williams alternate as judges for the Triforce International Film Festival and jointly support a £1K annual bursary for new directors.
